By accessing or using ProfileYours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
ProfileYours is a platform that allows you to create a digital profile card and professional showroom from your resume. We offer a free plan and a Pro plan with additional features.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ProfileYours. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ProfileYours, including your resume and profile information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display and process that content in order to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ProfileYours to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; impersonate another person; violate intellectual property rights; or attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the service.
6. Free and Pro Plans
The free plan offers basic features at no cost. The Pro plan is available via a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your content will be deleted from our servers within a reasonable time.
8. Limitation of Liability
ProfileYours is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
